■ Returns/cancellations
□ About returns and cancellations
As a general rule, we do not accept changes to order details, exchanges or returns of products after the order has been confirmed.
□ Exceptions to returns
As an exception, within 7 days after receiving the product, we will accept exchanges and returns only if the product arrives different from the order or if the product is defective. In the above cases, the shipping fee for returning the product will be borne by us. Please contact us from the inquiry form.
□ If it does not correspond to the exception of returned goods
Please note that the following products cannot be returned or exchanged.

・Used products
・Washed products

・If you want to return or exchange more than 50 items with the same product number
・If it is different from the image before purchase
*We cannot deal with products that have been intentionally damaged or defaced.
・When damage, failure, dirt, or defects occur at the customer after the product arrives

・Custom-ordered products and processed products with names, etc.
・Products such as audio software and books that have been opened, and household appliances that are energized

・When a shipping label is directly pasted on a shoe box, product box, bag, etc. and returned (excluding products that are directly pasted with a shipping label by our company)
・Products that are stated as non-returnable on the product page (due to product characteristics, returns are not possible after ordering)

At our company, once an order has been confirmed, it will automatically proceed to shipping work as soon as possible through system cooperation, so we cannot respond to cancellations or changes to order details after confirmation.

□Regarding international shipping
For deliveries outside Japan, we will use EMS. No other delivery service is available. It is the customer's responsibility to legally determine whether the product can be delivered to a destination outside Japan. Customs clearance conditions vary greatly depending on the country of delivery, so please contact the relevant customs office for more information. We do not offer a cash on delivery service.
□Regarding mistakes in your address, phone number, and email address
If the shipped product is returned due to an incorrect address, long-term absence, etc., the order will be canceled once. If you would like to purchase it, please place your order again.
